Service Description
This is a complimentary 15 minute phone call or video call to discover how the services are delivered and if they are appropriate for your needs. This will also be a great way for you to meet your physiotherapist and see how easy it is to have a video session with Travel Physio, determine technical limitations, and get to know each other better! You will have the opportunity to continue into a full complete initial consult if you choose to do so. Book a time with us now!
Cancellation Policy
We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance via email or text. Any cancellations or no-show that occur within 24 hours will not be refunded. Cancellations will less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service value.
