Service Description

This is a value package if you are looking to visit your physiotherapist more than once in the next 3 months. Package valid for 3 months from the date of your initial consultation. The initial online consultation usually consists of a a video call to explain your diagnosis. You will receive initial advice on management of your condition and an initial home exercise program. You will then have unlimited access to your physiotherapist in the next 3 months through a messaging app if you have any issues or questions with your program. We will then advise you on the next follow up session and revise your program when necessary. Once you've booked your online consultation, we will be in touch within the next 24 hours via email to provide you the video link and all the information you need prior to your first appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance via email or text. Any cancellations or no-show that occur within 24 hours will not be refunded. Cancellations will less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service value.
