The difference between being active and being physically prepared
Many people consider themselves active.
But being active and being physically prepared aren't always the same thing.
Activity doesn't guarantee resilience.
You can:
Walk daily
Exercise regularly
Play sports frequently
and still have weaknesses or mobility limitations.
Physical preparedness includes:
Strength
Balance
Mobility
Endurance
Movement quality
Why it matters:
Gaps in these areas can increase injury risk.
Train for life, not just exercise.
The goal is to build a body capable of handling both planned and unexpected demands.
If you're active but still dealing with recurring pain or injuries, we can assess whether physical preparedness may be the missing piece.
