You finish a workout feeling great.

The next day, everything feels tight.

Is tightness always bad?

Not necessarily.

Some tightness after exercise can simply be your body's response to:

  • New movements

  • Increased workload

  • Muscle adaptation

When tightness becomes a problem

Persistent tightness may indicate:

  • Poor recovery habits

  • Muscle imbalances

  • Excessive training volume

  • Lack of mobility work

  • Stay hydrated

  • Get adequate sleep

  • Maintain light movement

  • Progress training gradually

Don't just chase symptoms
