  • Faster recovery after activity


What can be misleading: Pain alone isn’t the best indicator.

  • Have less pain but still lack strength

  • Feel sore but actually be improving


A better way to track progress

Focus on function:

  • Can you move more freely?

  • Can you do more without worsening symptoms?

  • Are flare-ups less frequent?
